This was a very interesting 2 unit condo project. It was subject to much scrutiny by neighborhood organizations and required deft management of myriad competing political and economic issues. A 30 foot high retaining wall had to be built along the upper property line. The rear unit has a lovely terraced garden.
The views from the property line windows (which may at some point have to be closed) are priceless.
