I was project manager with KodamaDiseno Architects. 16 simple rectilinear buildings occupy an 8 acre site. The units are reserved for low- and extremely low-income residents. The project blends well with the adjacent small-lot single-family houses and condominiums. The lots on the perimeter of the site are reserved for \"sweat equity\" owner-built single-family houses. Also, another lot can be seen at lower left which is reserved for a Senior midrise tower."){kind=small}
